Shandong Rizhao Port Ore Pipe Transport Intelligent Inspection Project
Shandong Rizhao Port has Asia's largest comprehensive capacity of port ore transportation system, including six transfer stations with a total length of about 8.6 kilometers. Rizhao Port Co., Ltd. invests a lot of manpower to carry out daily manual inspection work on the belt conveyor corridor, transfer station and other places, which takes at least 3 hours each time.
A total of two sets of T3-S rail-hanging lifting arm robots are installed, which are applied to the 2.4 km belt conveyor corridor to achieve full coverage of pipe and belt conveyor, all-weather, unmanned inspection, and greatly improve the safety of conveying system and equipment reliability through belt crack identification, abnormal idler identification, conveyor noise diagnosis and other functions.
