
The furnace body operation area of blast furnace Branch 1 of Masteel Ironmaking General Plant covers an area of 4000 square meters, and a total of 3 T9-W explosion-proof wheeled inspection robots are put in to replace manual intelligent system inspection for the 3 ironmaking blast furnace tuyere platform area in the plant, covering a total of 630 inspection points. A closed-loop intelligent inspection system for blast furnace scenes in ironmaking was successfully constructed.
The intelligent inspection system is mainly composed of explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot body, relay station, data communication equipment, data processing host, display, switch, control main cabinet and supporting accessories, etc., in two batches, the blast furnace body outside the direct blow pipe, bellows, tuyere and inside the small set, gun bag and other relevant positions of the high temperature area automatic inspection. When an abnormal situation is found, the system automatically sends an alarm immediately to prevent security accidents.
It realizes temperature measurement without dead Angle in the platform area of blast furnace tuyere and eliminates the blind area of manual point temperature measurement. Reduce the amount of labor of operation and maintenance personnel, stay away from dangerous areas, and achieve intrinsic safety at the source. At the same time, through the effective equipment data acquisition and recording, the high and low position of the temperature of the supply air branch pipe, the change trend has a more accurate judgment, which provides a strong guarantee for the long-term stable and efficient production of the blast furnace.
