Recently, Tianchuang T9-R explosion-proof rail hanging robot has been officially put into operation on the coal transport trest in Panji Coal preparation Plant, realizing intelligent inspection and unmanned duty in the area.
Panji Coal Preparation Plant of Huaihe Energy Group Coal Preparation Branch is the largest single central coking coal preparation plant in Asia, with an annual designed washing capacity of 12 million tons.
The T9-R explosion-proof rail hanging robot developed and produced by Tianchuang Robot was installed and debugging in the 8001, 9001, 8002# belt conveyor area of the coal preparation plant, and was officially put into operation. The robot independently performs inspection tasks instead of operation and maintenance personnel, and the inspection distance is 1120 meters, covering the entire area of the coal transport trestle.
Walking into the coal transport trestle of Panji Coal preparation Plant, the inspection robot glided along the guide rail quickly and smoothly, and carried out dynamic inspection and monitoring for the belt machine head, rollers, reducers, rollers, coal dropping cylinders and other equipment.
Through a variety of high-standard sensor monitors such as visible light cameras and infrared thermal imagers, the robot accurately and real-time collects the operating status, environmental information, personnel behavior and other data of the belt conveyor equipment. It uses the self-developed AI algorithm to judge the abnormal and fault of equipment and facilities, and continuously transmits the inspection data to the centralized control platform to automatically alarm the first time. Notify the inspection and maintenance personnel to solve the problem, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can master the running status of the belt conveyor on the site "without leaving the house".
The operation and maintenance team of Panji coal preparation plant originally implemented four shifts and two operations, and it took at least 2 hours to complete all the inspection work of the belt machine. After the robot is put into use, the inspection only takes 65 minutes at a time, and the monitoring is round-the-clock. The team staff is also reduced to 1 person, the implementation of five shifts and three operations, and the rest time is increased by 18 hours, freeing the staff from on-site physical labor and engaging in more valuable operation and maintenance data analysis work.
The application of T9-R explosion-proof rail hanging robot not only reduces the labor intensity of operation and maintenance personnel, but also reduces the probability of accidents, and plays an important role in the safe operation of equipment in the coal transport trestle area of Panji coal preparation plant.
