Recently, Tianchuang T9-W explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot was officially put into operation in Dalian liquefied natural Gas Receiving Station of national pipeline network, realizing intelligent inspection of ORV and high pressure pump area of LNG receiving station. The project provides an application landing pilot for the National Pipeline Network Group's scientific research project "Research on Key technologies of intelligent inspection of LNG receiving Stations".
Dalian LNG Co., Ltd. is located in Dalian Area of China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone. It is the only LNG receiving station in Northeast China with a gasification capacity of 8.4 billion cubic meters per year and a receiving capacity of 6 million tons per year. The focus of this project is to realize the effective monitoring of the freezing condition of the tube bundle and the leakage of the pipeline in the ORV equipment area of the station.
In-depth receiving station process algorithms enable scene insight
Tianchuang robot focuses on the core requirements of the scene, combined with the field operation of equipment, environment, process, etc., targeted self-research and development of icing height monitoring AI algorithms. By deploying the fusion algorithm of two fixed duty cameras in ORV area of LNG receiving station, ice state data is collected and ice reading at different heights of bundle is completed.
At present, the algorithm can recognize 25 frames per second, the minimum object detection size is 20pix*15pix, and the memory occupies only 5.4MB. Support multi-platform deployment and grasp the real-time operating status of ORV equipment through image and data analysis, eliminate the influence of different time periods of light intensity and weather factors, and timely warning of abnormal situations. At the same time, the data model is accumulated with ORV optimization operation research, and the feedback is continuously tracked to ensure the accuracy of diagnosis and auxiliary decision-making.
Robot intelligent inspection builds a safety line of operation and maintenance
In this project, the explosion-proof wheeled robot put into operation at the LNG receiving station is named T9-W, which is independently developed and produced by Tianchuan Robot. It is equipped with a four-wheel eight-drive motion chassis, equipped with high-definition cameras, infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement, laser combustible gas detection sensor and other monitoring components, and can identify and detect ORV icing height, instruments, pipelines and other states in the inspection area. Construction of all-weather data collection, information transmission, intelligent analysis and early warning inspection operation and maintenance closed-loop control system.
The application of T9-W explosion-proof wheeled robots avoids the safety hazards of operation and maintenance personnel working in the dangerous gas environment of LNG receiving stations, reduces the manual labor intensity, reduces the division of inspection by two operation and maintenance specialists from 3 hours to 1 hour, and increases the efficiency by 200%. At the same time, ensure the standardization of inspection process and precision of results, ensure the stable, safe and efficient operation and maintenance management of equipment in the station, and promote the digital transformation and intelligent construction of LNG receiving stations.
